Refund policy

European Union 14 day cooling off period

• You have 14 days from the day you receive the product  to return it. 

• You must inform me at Breda@bredaoflahertystudio.com if you decide to return it.

• Postage of the item will be paid for by you.  It must be registered post or through a reputable courier service.  

•  It must be in the same condition as it was sent.  Refunds will be given once the item is received, inspected and I am happy with the condition of the product.  

•   I will photograph all items before posting to you.  

Damaged goods on arrival:

If there is a problem with the product i.e. damaged in the mail.  You must inform me at once.  Send a photo of the item still in it's package to Breda@bredaoflahertystudio.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
